These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 7p77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:
Access to and use of the 7p77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 7p77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Where 7p77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and any winnings accrued during that period may be voided.
The Platform is directed primarily at players resident in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not contravene any law, regulation, or statute applicable in the Player's jurisdiction. 7p77 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 7p77 account at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.
Important: 7p77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or utility bill) from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
To access the full range of services offered by 7p77, Players must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to the Player's preferred payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
Players warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles 7p77 to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice and without liability to the Player.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. 7p77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account that results from the Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials. Players must notify 7p77 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of their account by contacting support at .
Players may request the closure of their 7p77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
7p77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7p77 does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties; funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by 7p77 and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of each transaction. 7p77 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary. All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard identity verification review. 7p77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where verification documents have not been provided.
7p77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Players must not use the Platform for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting funds derived from illegal activity. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crime will be immediately suspended, and relevant information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the 7p77 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and game contribution rules, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount shall apply before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Players found to be abusing the 7p77 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations — will have their bonus funds voided, any derived winnings forfeited, and their accounts permanently closed. 7p77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse.
7p77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be prejudiced by changes made after their opt-in, unless the amendment is required to prevent ongoing abuse or to correct a manifest error.
All bets placed on the 7p77 Platform are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of 7p77. 7p77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed by Players who have been identified as professional gamblers or arbitrage bettors. A bet is not confirmed until the Player receives an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market configurations (including but not limited to technical errors, human error, or data feed failures), 7p77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
In-play (live) betting markets, including those covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are offered subject to real-time data availability. 7p77 does not guarantee the continued availability of any live market and may suspend or close markets at any time due to match incidents, data outages, or integrity concerns.
All casino games available on the 7p77 Platform, including live dealer games, slots, and specialty games, are operated by certified Game Providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance. 7p77 accepts no responsibility for technical failures originating within a Game Provider's system that result in incomplete rounds; in such cases, the Game Provider's own dispute resolution procedures shall apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7p77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if 7p77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, 7p77 shall not be liable for: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game; (b) any loss of data, account balance, or winnings arising from technical failures beyond 7p77's reasonable control; (c) any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors; or (d) any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
In no event shall 7p77's aggregate liability to any Player, for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7p77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7p77 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the changes. If a Player objects to any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 above.
